Full Summer Senior Session Galleries Around the OKC Metro Area

As an OKC senior photographer for many years now, I know how important it is for each senior to choose the perfect photographer for them! When you first start thinking about who you might hire, I know you will have tons of questions. How much do they cost? What area do they serve? What kind of reviews to they have? What about professional hair and makeup? How many outfits do I get? And the list goes on and on!

Once you have narrowed your choices down to just a couple, the best thing you can do it to ask if you can see a full gallery from a past client. Why? It is easy to pull 1-2 great images from a session to post on social media or on a website, but what does the full gallery look like?

What to look for…

+ High quality images throughout the entire gallery.

+ Consistent exposure on all images.

+ Consistent white balance on all images. What is white balance? It’s how warm or cool an image is. Some photographers tend to shoot more warm and some more cool. One isn’t better than the other, but consistency throughout a session is important.

+ The Edit. Do the images look more natural and true to color? Does the subject’s skin still have pores or do they look more on the plastic side?

Moore High School Senior Pictures

Meet Gracie, a senior at Moore High School. For Gracie’s senior pictures we started right in the heart of downtown OKC. We took pictures around the Devon Tower, the Bank of Oklahoma Building, and the Myriad Botanical Gardens. Then we moved onto Midtown. Gracie wanted some yellow accents in the background of some of her senior photos and I knew there were multiple spots around Midtown that would be perfect! We finished the evening off on the rooftop of a parking garage and captured the sunset and the OKC city skyline perfectly!

As you look over this gallery you can see that there is a wide variety of looks, but within that all images are cohesive.

Senior Pictures for Norman High School

Meet Kailey, a senior from Norman High School! Can you believe that for this session we stayed within a 1 block radius in downtown OKC!?! The variety that can be created in this area still amazes me, even after doing this for several years now! Here entire gallery is clean and edited true to color. Her skin tones are consistent throughout and all images are tack sharp.

Senior Pictures Around Edmond

Meet Riley, a Class of 2024 Senior at Choctaw High School. I had the pleasure of photographing Riley’s senior 2 years ago and Riley wanted to use a location that we used for her sister up in Edmond. The first location we went to was Fink Park, just like for Isabella. (Check out her full gallery here!) I love the tree lined walking trail and the small river at Fink Park.

Next, we decided to walk around the downtown Edmond area. We found some pretty flowers and the perfect mural to go with her prom dress. We finished up her session at Mitch Park. The golden hour light is just perfection!

As you can see in her gallery, there is consistency in the exposure, in the edits, and so much variety within the session.
