CAP AND GOWN GRADUATION PICTURES

May 14, 2024

The final BPP Senior Team session with the Class of 2024 was a fun time of laughter and anticipation! Picture this: a sunny day at Sutton Wilderness Park in Norman, where our lovely girls arrived adorned in their cap, gowns, and brought along their college t-shirts, ready to enjoy this last group activity.

As we gathered in the park, there was an undeniable buzz of excitement in the air. It was heartwarming to see almost all of the amazing girls present for this special occasion. Each one brought a unique spark to this team throughout the year and this day was no different.

And oh, the cap and gown photos! They were nothing short of magical. With each snap of the camera, we captured not just moments frozen in time but also dreams taking flight. The joy radiating from their smiles was infectious, as if every click of the shutter brought them one step closer to their future adventures.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. Watching these young women on the cusp of a new chapter in their lives, filled with aspirations and endless possibilities, is truly inspiring. The bonds forged during our time together as the BPP Senior Team will surely be cherished for years to come, reminding us of the journeys we have shared and the dreams we have helped nurture.

As the sun dipped low, casting a golden glow over our group, it felt like a perfect ending to a memorable year. Here’s to the Class of 2024, may your futures be as bright as your smiles in those cap and gown photos!

Cap and Gown Graduation Photos in Oklahoma

As an Oklahoma high school senior photographer, I’ve seen the excitement and joy that comes with capturing those iconic cap and gown moments.

Let’s talk about the outfit of the day: the cap and gown combo. It’s like the superhero costume of graduation day, instantly transforming you into a symbol of achievement and readiness for the next big adventure. Plus, who doesn’t love that feeling of tossing the cap in the air like they do in the movies?

But what do I wear under the gown? Traditionally girls will wear a white sun dress under their graduation gown, but ultimately it is completely up to you. Black dresses are a close second and I’ve seen some cute rompers worn under them as well.

Of course, no photo shoot is complete without a few candid moments. Whether it’s laughing with friends, striking a goofy pose, or even shedding a tear of joy, these unscripted moments capture the raw emotions of this milestone event.

As a photographer, my goal is to freeze these fleeting moments in time so that years from now, when you look back at these photos, you’ll be transported back to this exciting chapter of your life.

And to all the parents out there, thank you for trusting me to capture these precious memories. I know how important this time is for you, and I take pride in creating photos that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

So, here’s to the cap and gown moments—the laughter, the tears, and the sheer excitement of what’s to come. Cheers to all the graduating seniors stepping into a bright future!

COLLEGE T-SHIRT PHOTOS

As we wrapped up individual cap and gown photos the girls went and changed into their college t-shirts. All of the girls this year are staying in Oklahoma with several of them choosing to attend OU in Norman. It’s fun to have them all pose with the hand signal (if that’s what you want to call it) for their future college. I know the OU and OSU ones, but I have learned so many more over the years.

I truly can not believe how quickly this school year went by. I will miss this group of girls so much, but am so excited for you all to meet the Class of 2025 BPP Senior Team! We have our first team activity at the end of this month!
