Senior year is such a meaningful season. There is excitement, change, and so many emotions wrapped into one year. As an Oklahoma senior photographer, getting to walk alongside seniors during this time is something I never take for granted. Kashlynn’s senior year has been full of special moments, and I loved being able to capture her story through both her individual senior session and her time on the BPP Senior Team.

When I asked Kashlynn what she was most looking forward to during her senior year, her answer was simple. Graduating. After graduation, she plans to go into nursing school, which speaks so clearly to her caring and kind heart.

One of the biggest surprises for Kashlynn was the friendships she formed. She shared that joining the Senior Team helped her become more outgoing and even led her to meet her best friend. Those relationships are just as meaningful as the photos themselves.

Watching these 2 meet for the first time and then form an incredible friendship is one of my favorite reasons for having a senior team every year.

Watching confidence grow throughout senior year is one of the most rewarding parts of being an Oklahoma senior photographer. Kashlynn shared that being part of the Senior Team helped her step outside her comfort zone and make new friends.

When asked if she would join the Senior Team again, her answer was an easy yes! She talked about how kind and sweet everyone is to each other, which is exactly the environment I hope to create for every senior.
