Haylee | Christian Heritage Academy | Senior Class 2021

I met up with Haylee and her mom in the Paseo Arts District just before Thanksgiving. We got so lucky with such nice weather! In Oklahoma, you never know how the weather will be in late November (or anytime for that matter!).

I love what she had to say about the teacher that inspires her the most: “My science teacher/basketball coach, Mrs. LittleJim; she has shown me how to glorify God through basketball both on and off the court. She makes sure that everyone she teaches or coaches knows that God is number one and under Him, everything will work out.” We all need a Mrs. LittleJim in our lives!

After graduation Haylee is looking forward to traveling with friends, seeing new things, and growing as a person. Traveling is at the top of her bucket list. She wants to travel and see the world that God created. She is also planning to join the United States Marines!

“True beauty to me is what is on the inside. Who we are on the inside will shape the outside and how others see us. I think if we are true to ourselves in God, that is true beauty.” -Haylee
