Oklahoma Senior Rep Team | Senior Jeans Session

There is something about our September senior rep team sessions that always feels extra fun! The weather is just right, everyone is back into the rhythm of school, and the excitement of senior year is still fresh. For this month’s theme, we went with Senior Jeans and let me just say, this might have been one of my favorite creative sessions yet!

Each senior designed and created their own pair of jeans (or skirts!) to wear for our team photos, and the results were amazing. Every piece reflected their personality. Some full of sparkle, some simple and classic, some decked out in school colors and patches that shouted school pride, and some with Bible verses on them. When they all showed up to the local football field in Norman, Oklahoma that evening, the mix of creativity, confidence, and school spirit felt like the perfect reflection of what this season of life is all about.

We chose the football field for this session because, around here in Oklahoma, Friday Night Lights are more than just a game, they are what your high school memories are made of. The stands fill up, the lights buzz on, and you can practically feel the energy in the air. That same spirit showed up during our shoot. The girls laughed, danced, hyped each other up and created that unmistakable hometown vibe that makes senior year so memorable.

There were moments of laughter echoing across the turf and so many smiles that came naturally because they were just having fun. These sessions are always about more than just photos; they are about connection, confidence, and capturing who these girls are right now in the middle of one of the most exciting years of their lives.

As a Norman, Oklahoma senior photographer, I love creating sessions that feel personal and true to each senior. Whether we are on a football field, downtown in OKC, or exploring a favorite spot that tells your story, every session is about celebrating this incredible milestone in your own way. This Senior Jeans shoot captured that perfectly. Creative, confident, and full of genuine joy.

One of my favorite things about this team is watching the friendships grow throughout the year. At our first session, there’s always a little bit of nervous energy, but by this point, they are cheering for each other, fixing each other’s hair, and sharing ideas between shots. It’s such a reminder that the best part of being on the senior team isn’t just the photos, it’s the friendships, memories, and support that come along with it.

As the sun started to set, we wrapped up with some group shots on the 50-yard line arms linked, laughing, soaking in that golden light. The customized jeans gave every image so much personality, but it was the connection between these girls that made the photos truly shine. You could see friendship and joy in every single frame.

That’s really what the BPP Senior Team is all about. Yes, it’s about creating beautiful photos, but even more, it’s about creating space for seniors to celebrate who they are and to make memories together. This team brings so much energy and heart to every session, and I can already tell this year is going to be full of unforgettable moments.

Here’s to painted jeans, football field sunsets, and a team that knows how to have fun. September, you were one for the books!
